Gossip Girl may be on Summer vacay, but that doesn't mean Serena van der Woodsen and Dan Humphrey can't still hang out.

Blake Lively and her co-star and boy toy Penn Badgley spent a low-key day in NYC and they dressed the part. Blake wore a Rag & Bone peasant dress (on sale!), a white Valentino bag, and black ballet flats. She left the accessories at home for an easy, breezy look.
